Apricot Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cans of apricots in (heavy) syrup; drain and discard liquid
3/4 c syrup (simple)
2 Tbsps fresh (lemon) juice
1 c cream (heavy)
Instruction:
Puree apricots then add simple syrup, juice then heavy cream. Put in ice cream machine and process.
