Apricot Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
32 oz of apricots (canned, heavy syrup); drained
3 Tbsps of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
3/4 c of simple syrup
Cream
Instructions:
Puree apricots inside the processor then add syrup, juice from lemon and the cream. Transfer mixture inside the ice cream maker. Freeze. Yields 4 cups.
