Banana Version Recipe I

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp of salt
2 c of cream (heavy)
2 beaten eggs
1 & 1/4 c of sugar
1 c bananas puree
1/2 tsp vanilla (extract)
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
2 c of milk

Instruction:

Mix cream, milk, salt, sugar then eggs in a sauce pan. Set heat to low then stir gently til mix thickens. Allow mixture to cool then refrigerate.

Mix this custard mix with bananas, nutmeg then the vanilla. Pour mixture into ice cream machine and process.
