Berry Berry Strawberry Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of sugar
lemon juice
2 pints strawberries (fresh & ripe)

Instruction:

Clean and remove tops of strawberries then slice to bite sized bits. Add sugar then squeeze 1/2 of lemon (juice). Keep in refrigerator (overnight).

Strain and pour strawberry juice in previously prepared ice cream mixture and add about ten-drops of food (red) coloring.

Store drained strawberries (put in a bowl then cover) in freezer, and load cream mix in ice cream machine and start the process. Add strawberries from freezer when ice cream nearly done then finish the process.
