Brown Sugar Pecan Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of milk (whole)
1 c of sugar (brown)
3 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of pecans; broken to pieces
4 pcs of egg yolks
Instructions:
Heat milk, sugar, and cream on a saucepan, while stirring frequently till sugar has dissolved completely and mixture becomes hot. Whisk the yolks on a mixing bowl then add (1 cup) hot mixture while whisking continuously.
Once blended well, gradually pour onto the remaining hot mixture in saucepan; whisk continuously.
Cook above moderate heat; stir constantly till it becomes slightly thick, or for 8 mins. Don’t let it boil. Strain onto a mixing bowl then let it cool completely. Add the pecans and stir thoroughly.
Pout mixture onto bowl (of machine); freeze.
