Burnt Caramel Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar (granulated)
1 cup of water (hot)
4 pieces of eggs (large)
1/2 cup of confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of cream (heavy)
Instructions:
Heat quarter cup of water and sugar on a skillet above medium-high heat; stir occasionally till sugar has melted and mixture boils.
Continue to boil till mixture has turned (dark) brown then take out from the heat. Gradually add remaining water; stir thoroughly.
Let it cool on the side. Beat the eggs on a bowl till thick then gradually add the confectioner, while beating continuously. Add vanilla and cream; stir thoroughly then add the mixture of caramel.
Place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Freeze inside the machine.
