Cappuccino Ice Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of prepared coffee (strong, espresso)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of half-and-half
Instructions:
Combine the coffee, sugar, and half-and-half inside the saucepan above moderate heat; stirring constantly till sugar has dissolved and mixture almost boils. Let it cool thoroughly. Pour onto an 8 inch square pan then freeze for 3-6 hrs.
When serving, transfer the pan inside the refrigerator, at about half an hour before serving.
