Chocolate Marshmallow Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar (refined)
1 Tablespoon of flour
6 pieces of eggs (large)
Canned chocolate syrup (Hershey’s)
2 cups of marshmallows (miniature)
Canned evaporated milk (large)
Canned milk (Eagle Brand)
Instructions:
Beat the eggs then slowly add the sugar, while beating continuously. Add milks, flour, marshmallows, and syrup; whip them well. Transfer on a bain-marie; cook till thickened.
Let it cool and place inside freezer. Pour (1 can) whole milk above the frozen mixture and make the mixture frozen.
