Waffle Cones Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
2/3 c of butter (melted then cooled)
1 Tbsp of vanilla
3/4 c of flour
Instructions:
Beat eggs lightly and add sugar; beat them well. Add the butter, vanilla; mix them well and add flour. Spray nonstick (vegetable) oil on a pizelle then preheat. Spoon two tablespoons of batter into the heating pizelle; cook it for 45 secs or till golden (but not very brown).
Form it into a cone and let it cool.
