Cranberry Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
4 c. of water
4 c. of sugar
3 c. and 6 Tbsps. of cranberry juice; canned/bottled
1/2 c. and 1 Tbsp. of syrup
Instructions:
To make around 4 cups of syrup, mix sugar and 4 cups of water in saucepan. Simmer ’til sugar dissolves. Allow to cool (preferably room temperature), store in covered container and refrigerate.
Stir the syrup and cranberry juice together. Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze.
This makes around 4 cups.
