Chocolate Raspberry Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs (large)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of chocolate (bittersweet)
1 c of milk
2 c of cream (table, 18%PRCTG% milk fat)
1 Tbsp of powdered cocoa
1 Tbsp of vanilla
1 c of raspberries; mashed with 1/4 c of sugar
Instructions:
Gently beat the eggs then add sugar and beat thoroughly. Heat (1 cup) cream, chocolate, and milk on a saucepan; stir frequently till chocolate begins melting.
Once chocolate has melted partially, add cocoa; stir thoroughly till dissolved completely and mixture has heated through.
Make sure not to let it boil. Take out from heat and add onto the egg mixture; stir thoroughly and add vanilla and remaining cream.
Let it cool then fold in the raspberry mixture . Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
