Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of milk
1 c of whipped cream
1 c of sugar (refined)
3 fresh eggs
1/2 c peanut butter
1 juice from lemon
3 pcs bananas (ripe)
Instruction:
Using a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and add sugar. On a saucepan over moderate heat, bring milk near boil (Not Boiling) then add eggs and cream while stirring with a wooden spoon. Pour the said mixture to the peanut butter, making it creamier.
Mash the bananas, adding in some squeezed juice from the lemons. When the mixture is about to solidify, add the mashed banana in, then freeze.
