Milk Chocolate Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ozs. chocolate
1 c. of milk (whole)
2 Tbsps. of vanilla extract
1 3/4 c. of sugar
4 c. of water
Instructions:
After melting the chocolate, put in the rest of the ingredients: milk, sugar, water and the vanilla extract. Stir the mixture, making sure it is mixed well.
Next, transfer the mixture to the machine bowl then freeze.
