Vanilla Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c. of sugar (superfine)
3 c. of milk (skim)
6 Tbsps. of non-fat milk (dry)
1 & 1/2 tsps. of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Flavorings, nuts or purees may be added to this fundamental recipe depending on your taste.
In a saucepan, heat sugar, skim milk and the dry non-fat milk.
Stir mixture ’til dry non-fat milk and sugar are both dissolved. Allow mixture to cool. Mix in vanilla extract.
Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 4 cups.
