Old Fashioned Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of flour (all-purpose)
2 cups of milk
1 Tbsp of vanilla-extract
1/2 pint of whipped cream
1 quart of light-cream
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/4 tsp of salt
2/3 cup of cocoa (Hershey’s)
Instructions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and flour in saucepan. Add in the eggs and milk. Cook mixture over mid-heat, stir constantly ’til mixture comes to a boil. Boil & stir for a minute.
You remove the pan from the heat then add the light-cream, whipped cream & vanilla in. Refrigerate this mixture ’til cold. Scoop into ice-cream maker then freeze following manufacturer’s instructions.
