Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of strawberries; rinsed then hulled
1/2 c & 2 Tbsps of sugar (superfine)
3 Tbsps of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
1-1/2 c of cream (heavy)
Instructions:
Place strawberries inside the processor; process to puree. Add sugar, lemon juice, and cream; stir thoroughly. Transfer inside the (ice cream) then freeze.
