French Vanilla Bean Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pcs of eggs
1 canned milk (Eagle Brand, condensed, sweetened )
1/4 c of brown sugar
2 c of whipping cream
2 c of Half & Half
1/8 tsp of salt
1 pc of vanilla bean; splitted & chopped into 1/4 inch

Instructions:

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, cream, half-and-half, and salt on a bowl then whisk thoroughly. Place on a saucepan. Add (vanilla) bean and heat while constantly stirring. Let it simmer gently for 15 mins.

Strain on a bowl and let it cool. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. Pour inside the (ice cream) maker and freeze.
