Chocolate Almond Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz of chocolate (bittersweet)
5 Tbsps of powdered cocoa
2 c of milk (whole)
3 pcs of eggs; beaten lightly
1 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of cream
1-1/2 tsps of vanilla extract (pure)
3/4 c of almond butter
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate above gentle heat. Slowly add milk then cocoa, while stirring continuously. Combine eggs and sugar; beat thoroughly then add in the hot milk chocolate mixture, while stirring constantly. Add vanilla and cream then let it cool.
Combine (1 cup) cooled mixture and butter; stir thoroughly then add onto the remaining cooled mixture; stir thoroughly. Place inside an (ice cream) maker and freeze.
