Chocolate Expresso Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of cream (heavy); whipped till stiffened
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 piece of egg; beaten slightly
3/4 cup of chocolate syrup (Nestle’s)
coffee powder (instant, any preferred flavor)
Instructions:
Combine cream, egg, and salt; beat thoroughly till blended well. Fold in a serving of coffee and syrup. Freeze for three hrs.
