Chocolate Flake Recipe
Ingredients:
“Double Chocolate” recipe
Instructions:
Follow the recipe for “Double Chocolate” but after chocolate has dissolved on the bain-marie, pour directly onto prepared mixture. Beat at once till broken to flakes.
Let it cool thoroughly and place inside refrigerator, about 4 hrs. Place inside (ice cream) maker then freeze.
