Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 c of sugar (refined)
2 tsps of cornstarch
12 oz of evaporated milk (lowfat)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 c of yogurt (plain)
2 oz of chocolate morsels (semisweet)

Instructions:

Combine cornstarch and sugar on a saucepan. Add milk; stir thoroughly and cook above medium heat till bubbly and thick. Take out from the heat and let it cool thoroughly. Add yogurt and vanilla then refrigerate till chilled.

Melt chocolate and pour gently onto chilled mixture, stir constantly. Freeze inside (ice cream) maker.
