Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c of milk
1 c of sugar (refined)
3 pcs of eggs
2 oz of chocolate (bittersweet)
2 c of cream (table, 18%PRCTG% milkfat)
6 Tbsps of powdered cocoa
1 Tbsps of vanilla
3 pcs of bananas (over-ripe)
Juice from 1 pc of lemon
Instructions:
Gently beat the eggs then add sugar and beat thoroughly. Melt the chocolate with cream and milk on a saucepan. Once melted partially, add the cocoa; stir thoroughly till heated thoroughly, don’t boil.
Pour onto the egg mixture; stir thoroughly. Add vanilla; stir thoroughly and let it cool. Mash the bananas together with the juice.
Place the cooled mixture onto the (ice cream) maker. When mixture starts to harden, add the mashed mixture.
