Chocolate Mint Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/4 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of milk (whole)
1/3 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of mint chocolate morsels
2 pcs of egg yolks (large)
1/8 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Combine cream, sugar, morsels, and milk on a medium-sized saucepan then cook above gentle heat; stir thoroughly till morsels melt and the mixture becomes smooth. Take out from the heat.

Beat salt and yolks on a bowl till thick. Slowly add in the mixture of chocolate; beat thoroughly till blended well. Chill for half an hour. Pour chilled mixture onto an (ice cream) maker and freeze.
