Chocolate Recipe I
Ingredients:
4 pcs of egg yolks; beaten lightly
1 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of cream (table, 18%PRCTG% milk fat)
1/2 c of powdered cocoa; sifted
1-1/2 c of milk
2 tsps of vanilla (pure)
Instructions:
Beat the yolks gently and add the sugar, while beating continuously. Heat cream on a saucepan then add powdered cocoa, while beating continuously.
Continue to heat till steaming then add onto the mixture of yolks and sugar; stir thoroughly and add the vanilla then stir thoroughly. Let it cool and freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
