Chocolate Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 c of sugar (refined)
2 pcs of eggs; beaten lightly
1 tsp of vanilla (pure)
1/2 c of milk
1/8 tsp of salt
1-1/4 c of milk (whole)
1 c of cream
4 ounces of chocolate (Ghirardelli, unsweetened)
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate on a saucepan above gentle heat and heat the milk on another saucepan. Gradually add the heated milk onto the melted chocolate, while continuously stirring. Heat the chocolate and milk mixture, while constantly stirring till smooth and thick.
Combine sugar and eggs; beat thoroughly. Add hot chocolate and milk mixture onto the egg mixture; stir thoroughly. Add salt, cream, half cup of milk, and vanilla. Let it cool then freeze inside (ice cream) maker.
