Chocolate Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

4 ozs. of chunked chocolate (unsweetened);
1.5 c. of sugar
1 qt. of water

Instructions:

Chop up the chocolates into small bits using your food processor or knife. In one saucepan, heat both the sugar and water together. Add all bits of chocolate, simmering (not boiling) for about 20 minutes.

Mixture must not be grainy and must appear to be smooth. Cool mixture thoroughly. Next, pour into machine bowl and then freeze.

This makes about 4 cups.
