Cinnamon Recipe II
Ingredients:
1/4 c of non-instant powdered milk (skim)
2/3 c of sugar (refined)
2 c of cream (table)
1 c of milk (whole)
2 pcs of egg yolks
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine (1/3 cup) refined sugar and powdered milk on a bowl then slowly add the table cream while beating continuously till smooth. Add milk and beat thoroughly.
Beat the yolks gently and add the rest of refined sugar; beat thoroughly. Heat the cream/milk mixture till (almost) boiling and pour onto the yolks; stir continuously.
Let it cool then place inside the (ice cream) maker. When mixture starts to harden, add the cinnamon.
