Cinnamon Recipe III

Ingredients:

“Custard” recipe
1/2 tsps of cinnamon (ground)
or
2 pcs of cinnamon stick

Instructions:

Place (2 cups) “Custard” mixture and cinnamon on a small saucepan; stir. Cook above gentle heat, while constantly stirring for 5-10 mins or till mixture has heated through and flavor has blended well. Let it cool completely.

If using cinnamon stick, discard them. Place mixture inside (ice cream) maker then freeze.
