Cookie Dough Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c of milk
1-3/4 c of sugar (refined)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 Tbsp of vanilla extract
4 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of cookie dough (chocolate chip)
2 c of cream (light)

Instructions:

Scald the milk till bubbling on the edge. Take out from the heat then add salt and sugar; stir thoroughly till dissolved.

Add creams and vanilla; stir thoroughly and cover. Place inside the refrigerator for half an hour. Place inside the (ice cream) maker and freeze.

Break dough into small pieces then add after the machine is done. Mix thoroughly and place inside the freezer till hard.
