Dark Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz of chocolate (unsweetened)
1 c of milk
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1 c of sugar (refined)
1 c of cream (heavy)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate on a bain-marie. Gradually add milk, while whisking constantly till smooth. Take out from the heat then let cool. Beat the eggs on a bowl till fluffy and light; add sugar and whisk thoroughly till blended well.
Add vanilla, salt, and cream; whisk thoroughly. Add in the mixture of chocolate and blend thoroughly. Cover then chill. Freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
