Diabetic Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of milk (Pet Lite)
4 pks of artificial sweetener
1 tsp of vanilla extract

(ADD ONE OF FOLLOWING)
1 pc of banana (ripe); mashed
2 pcs of peeled peach; diced
4 pcs of pineapple slices (with juice)
1 c of Juice (orange)
2 cup of crushed strawberries

Instructions:

Combine milk, sweetener, vanilla, and choice of fruit; mix thoroughly. Place inside the (ice cream) maker and freeze.
