Eggnog Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs (separated)
10 Tbsps of sugar (refined)
1/8 tsp of fine salt
1/4 c of rum
1/4 c of brandy
2 Tbsps of sherry (dry)
1 c of milk
2 c of cream (heavy)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg (freshly grated)
Instructions:
Cook sugar, yolks, salt, rum, sherry, and brandy on a bain-marie till thick and light. Take out from the heat then add cream and milk. Let it cool thoroughly.
Beat whites of egg till stiff then fold onto the mixture of cream. Pour inside the (ice cream) maker and freeze. Sprinkle nutmeg and serve.
