Exotic Fruit Ice Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc. egg (albumen)
1 lg. can of juice; frozen
1 can of water

Instructions:

Choose an exotic variety for your juice. Examples of this are the pineapple-guava-raspberry and the banana-orange-passion-fruit juices.

Thaw juice extract, and add the water. Whip the egg white ’til it gets foamy, then add it to the first mixture. Once properly stirred, use your machine to freeze the mixture.

This will make about a quart or a little less.
