Fresh Fruit Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of thick cream
Sliced strawberries or peaches
2 Tablespoons of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of salt
4 beaten eggs
Instructions:
Sprinkle the fruits w/ sugar. Let it set ’til fruit juices come out. Use ample amount o fruits to create 1 quart of the puree. Place the juice and fruit into a blender then puree coarsely.
Combine the eggs, sugar salt and cream. Heat over low-heat ’til custard looking. Cool completely then chill in your fridge for several hours or overnight.
Add the puree into custard mix. Transfer the mixture into ice-cream maker and freeze following manufacturer’s directions.
