Fresh Peach Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of peaches (ripe); chopped finely
1/2 c lemon juice
2 cups of heavy cream
2 large eggs
1 & 1/4 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
Instructions:
Combine peaches, juice & 1/2 c sugar in medium bowl. Have it covered and refrigerated for two hours. Stir mixture in every thirty minutes.
Have your peaches removed from your fridge then drain off juice carefully into a separate bowl. Put peaches back to your fridge.
Whisk eggs carefully in bowl for 1 to 2 mins ’til fluffy and light. Whisk remaining sugar gradually & whisk continuously for at least 60 secs or ’til well-blended.
Add your milk & cream in, whisk thoroughly to have it blended. Add in juice of peach, blend. You then transfer mixture into ice-cream maker then freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
Once the ice-cream stiffens add peaches in then freeze ’til ready.
