Great Pumpkin Recipe

Ingredients:

Ultimate butter pecan ice cream mix w/ pecans omitted
2 large eggs
1/2 c of sugar
2 Tbsps of cinnamon
A can of pumpkin (15 ounces)

Instructions:

Beat the eggs lightly in large bowl then add in sugar. Blend in 1 c of ready-made Butter-Pecan Ice-cream mix, mix thoroughly.

Then you add in pumpkin & cinnamon. Have mixture frozen in an ice-cream maker, following manufacturer’s directions for freezing.
