Guinness Stout Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
1/2 c of sweetened milk (condensed)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of Guinness
2 Tbsps of cornstarch
1 & 1/2 c of evap milk
1/2 c of sugar
Instructions:
Whisk cornstarch & swatter together in thick saucepan. Allow it to simmer while whisking over mid-heat for about 2 mins.
Add both milks, sugar and salt. Continue heating over low-heat, stirring for 1-2 mins or ’til sugar dissolves. Remove from direct heat then competently cool, then add Guinness in.
Freeze mixture inside an ice-cream machine, following manufacturer’s directions.
