Jalapeno Mint Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1-3 ripe Jalapeno peppers; sliced, seeded and chopped finely
1 tsp mint extract
Old Time Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions:

Add finely chopped Jalapenos into vanilla ice-cream. Blend the extract in. Allow this mixture to age inside your fridge for a minimum of 4 hrs before transferring into ice-cream freezer.
