Kiwi Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. of syrup
6 pcs. kiwis
3 tsps. of lemon juice (fresh)
Instructions:
After peeling the kiwi fruits, put them through the food processor ’til frothy. Around 1.5 cups of puree are needed. Stir the lemon extract and syrup together.
Pour in mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 4 cups.
