Learn About Weight Watchers Ice Cream Products

Eating healthy desserts is possible even when you are not in a Weight Watchers dietary program. The Smart Ones lines of products including its sundae (ice cream) are definitely a blockbuster. Maintaining a healthy and fit body does not mean forgetting your indulgence of scooping up your most desired ice-cream or sundae. You may still have your occasional dose of sweet treats with Smart Ones healthy offerings.

My husband and I love Choco-Chip-Cookie Dough ice-cream-sundae. It has 170 caloric counts, three grams fat plus no saturated fat. Another great addition in my ice cream-sundae list is Peanut Butter-Cup sundae that had some of world’s smallest peanut spread cups showered over. These are really adorable. I found this flavor when I had my shopping at nearby grocery store. These two flavors were ultimately good replacements to my most loved old gelato tastes at Ben & Jerry which offer similar tastes but with lesser calories and fats.

Another flavor in Smart Ones called Mocha Fudge could have reminded me of Baskin Robbins (Jamoca-Almond fudge) ice-cream, however, it does not meet the latter’s standard. Another flavor which I wasn’t happy about was Mint Choco-Chip because it does not have that solid mint taste. Plus, the choco-cookie crust was too brittle. But its fine, besides, other flavors definitely are stunners.

When you need a great mint flavor, have the Mint-Choco-Chip flavor. But whenever I buy this, I prefer its cup (version) rather than its sundae because it has 140 caloric counts, 0 saturated fat, plus 3.5 g. fat. Anyway, forget Choco-Chip-Cookie Dough (cup) version.

It does not have any cookie chips at all. All you would get is a serving/cup full of vanilla gelato. I felt that this does not justify its calories. Then again, Smart Ones Choco-Chip-Cookie Dough is way better with just a little calories addition.

Both Weight Watchers ice-cream (sundaes) and its heavenly ice-creams (cups version) are not served in big sizes. However, their tastes are stunningly satisfying, perhaps due to its cool and enjoyable flavors.

These ice cream/sundae adjustments can surely help you obtain healthy and hearty eating even without abstaining from the comforting cool treats.

HINT: All the mentioned Weight Watchers ice cream/sundaes are a little pricey when bought in your typical supermarket or groceries. Even if they’re sold at discounted prices, they still seem to have hefty prices.

However, you can find the best deals and prices from Wal-Mart Superstores. Wal-Mart Superstores places the sundaes together with all the ordinary Smart Ones food entrée while its cup versions are stocked with other regular/ordinary ice creams. This means that you will not see them stocked together which could lead you to think that they do not have the products.
