Lemon Ice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. of sugar; granulated
2 c. of lemon extract (fresh); strained
2 c. of water
Instructions:
Mix both water and lemon extract in one saucepan. Add the 2 cups of sugar. Set the mixture over temperate heat. Wait for it to boil, constantly stirring.
Remove it from the heat then let it cool. Transfer mixture to shallow sheet (ideally an 8-in. square tin) and put inside freezer.
It will take approximately 3-6 hours to have it ready. Usually, it is going to be all soft and ready for serving.
