Lemon Version Recipe I
Ingredients:
500 milliliters of table-cream
5 small lemons; juice extracted and rind reserved
8 eggyolks
250 milliliters of milk
2/3 c of sugar
Instructions:
Bring one thin lemon peel into boil together w/ your cream, sugar and milk. Beat into yolks over low-heat ’til a bit thickened.
Have it strained before cooling completely. Add the juice of lemon into prepared mixture. Transfer into ice-cream maker and freeze.
