Lemon Version Recipe II

Ingredients:

150 grams of sugar
Salt
200 ml of milk
Juice extracted from 3 small lemons
200 ml of whipped cream
Eggwhites

Instructions:

Mix eggwhites ’til compact. Combine the ingredients together then mix completely. Mix every five minutes then after some time, mix for every ten minutes.

Transfer into ice-cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
