Lilikoi And Pineapple Ice Recipe

Ingredients:

2 egg whites
2 c. of lilikoi/passion fruit pulp
3/4 c. of sugar
2 c. of pineapple pulp

Instructions:

Strain the passion fruit pulp, reserving the seeds. Put all ingredients inside food mill, making sure everything is blended well. Transfer mixture to a plastic or metal bowl then freeze it.

When it’s frozen, crush ice then place little by little into food mill. When appearing to be frothy and whipped, transfer to bowl. Again, freeze it.

It’s not going to be frozen solid and hard, so it’s not going to be hard scooping it out for serving.

The seeds reserved can be sprinkled on top when served but can also be done when it’s placed back inside freezer.
