Mandarin Orange Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
5 cans (11-oz.) of mandarin oranges; packed (light syrup)
1 c. of sugar (superfine)
3 Tbsps. of lemon extract (fresh)
Instructions:
Drain all oranges, setting aside its syrup (about 2 cups). After draining, put them through the food mill. Next, mix the sugar with the lemon extract and syrup.
Transfer mixture to machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 5.5 cups.
