Mango Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients:
4 mangoes (ripe)
1/4 c. of lemon juice (fresh)
1 c. of syrup
Instructions:
Peel mangoes and put them through the food mill. Around 3.5 cups of puree are needed. Mix the puree with the lemon extract and the syrup.
After straining mixture, pour into machine bowl then freeze. This makes around 4 cups.
