Maple Walnut Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
4 eggyolks
3/4 c walnuts
3 c of table-cream
1 c of maple-syrup (amber)
Instructions:
Beat the eggyolks. In saucepan bring the table-cream into nearly boiling. Beat the hot cream slowly into the yolks. Cool completely.
Add the syrup before transferring the mixture into the ice-cream maker. Once nearly done, add the pieces of walnuts in.
