Mocha Mousse Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of heavy whipped cream (stiff)
3/4 cup of choco syrup
1 serving of instant International coffee powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 fresh whole egg
Instructions:
Beat slightly the egg. Add into whipped cream mixed w/ salt. Gently fold and blend thoroughly. Add coffee, syrup and chocolate. Transfer into ice-cream machine, freeze following manufacturer’s directions.
