Peach Recipe I

Ingredients:

1-1/2 c of milk (whole)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
3 pcs of eggs (large)
1 Tbsps of vanilla extract (pure)
1 c of cream (whipping)
2 c of pureed peeled peaches (add 2/3 c of sugar)

Instructions:

Beat the eggs on a bowl. Add the eggs individually, while beating continuously. Continue to beat for a min after all of sugar has been added onto the eggs. Heat the milk till boiling; add onto the mixture of eggs, while constantly stirring.

Let it cool then add pureed peach, vanilla, and cream. Pour onto the (ice cream) maker and freeze.
