Peach Recipe II
Ingredients:
6 pcs of peaches (medium about 1 kl); skinned then stoned
or
4 c of slices peaches (frozen, unsweetened); thawed
3 c of cream (heavy)
1 c of milk (whole)
1 c of sugar (refined)
2 tsps of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mash peaches till pureed then add (1/4 cup) sugar; stir them well and let it stand for one hour. Add cream, vanilla, milk, and remaining sugar; stir thoroughly till blended well. Cover and refrigerate till chilled for 3 hrs (or three days at most).
Stir mixture till blended well then freeze inside the (ice cream) maker.
